Better is about a doomed relationship that is coming to an end. Although bitter, the speaker swears he'll find someone better.


Fun Facts:

**Better is one of the two tracks to feature Noah Ballou on piano. He improvised the parts you hear throughout, while in the studio.

**Colton performed all of the acoustic guitar tracks.

**The bridge and solo sections are a favorite of the band.

**The lyrics were written during a walk in the woods.

**Better is a cool song that, although it sounds like a love ballad, lyrically is the opposite.
